Senior iOS Engineer - McLean, VA - Only W2

Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior iOS Engineer with a strong background in reactive programming, SwiftUI, and user interface development. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of iOS frameworks, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and a passion for creating highly responsive and visually appealing applications. You will be responsible for designing and implementing innovative features and ensuring seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Maintain iOS Applications: Design, build, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable Swift code using modern iOS development principles.
Reactive Programming: Implement and manage reactive programming patterns using frameworks such as Combine or RxSwift to ensure responsive and efficient application behavior.
UI/UX Design Implementation: Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement and maintain highly polished user interfaces using SwiftUI and UIKit. Ensure applications provide a seamless and delightful user experience.
Performance Optimization: Analyze application performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to enhance speed, responsiveness, and scalability.
Collaboration and Mentorship: Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other engineers. Provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and contribute to team growth.
Testing and Debugging: Write unit and UI tests to ensure application stability and reliability. Perform code reviews and debug complex issues in a timely manner.
Stay Updated: Keep up to date with the latest trends and advancements in iOS development, Swift, and related technologies, and proactively integrate these into the team's practices.

Qualifications:
Experience: 10 years of experience in iOS application development with a proven track record of delivering high-quality applications.
Reactive Programming: Strong experience with reactive programming using frameworks such as Combine or RxSwift.
SwiftUI: Proficiency in SwiftUI and UIKit, with a deep understanding of building and managing complex UI components and layouts.
UI/UX Skills: Strong focus on crafting beautiful and intuitive user interfaces with attention to detail.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Swift and iOS frameworks, with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles, data structures, and design patterns.
Version Control: Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and optimize code for performance.
Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
