Compliance Analyst

Job Description and Minimum Expectations:

• · Perform a range of assignments and provide administrative support as needed
• · Provide analytical and organizational support in the development and implementation of Anything of Value and Government Engagement Compliance initiatives
• · Analyze and evaluate data, documentation, and reports
• · Execute on projects or processes designed to identify and document government-related clients and activities
• · Research and document rules, and regulations pertaining to Anything of value provided to or accepted by state and local government officials
• · Document regulatory guidance and requirements
• · Help members of the team to execute on processes involving regulatory filings relating to political contributions, gifts/entertainment, and lobbying activity
• · Assist in preparing power point presentations
• · Document and report metrics and data driven analysis
• · Review monitoring and testing results and help identify reportable issues and dimension of risk
• · Conduct follow up to identify policy violations
• · Proof read documents
• · Help draft communications, guidance documents, and/or procedures

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications and Skills:

• · Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• · Technology savvy and willing to learn
• · Mid- level or expert working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• · Strong research skills
• · Be poised and comfortable working independently in fast past environment
• · Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
• · Ability to interact with compliance colleagues
• · Effective and energetic collaborator committed to contributing to a positive team environment
• · Strong written and verbal communication
• · Flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities
• · Mid- level or expert working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint required
• · Must be reliable and demonstrate a sense of ownership

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
