About This Role
We are looking for a proven Customer Support Representative to join our team.
Schedule is Monday - Friday, 8am -5pm with all major holidays off

Client Hub is a real estate technology company headquartered in Missoula, Montana. We've spent the past 16 years connecting home buyers and sellers with real estate professionals across North America. We do this by providing lead capture, verification and sales services. We have grown to a team of 25 dedicated professionals and are now looking to expand our and team.
Responsibilities
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Take the extra mile to engage customers
Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
Requirements
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Proven customer support experience
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer oriented and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
