We are seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager for well-structured and iconic Upscale Casual Restuarant in Downtown Portland. You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience and upholding brand standards.

The proper candidate will have 3 years of Restaurant Managment experience in Fine Dining or Polished Casual, Full-Service Restaurants. Must enjoy mentoring and developing your team and creating an uplifting staff culture!
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all dining room and bar activities
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
- Train and manage kitchen personnel
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or other related fields
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
