We strive to create products that embody innovation in the HVAC industry with a “can do” attitude that lets our customers know that we are here to partner with them in providing custom solutions for complex designs.   Overview:The Operations Specialist is a key figure within the Operations Department, liaising closely with the Operations Supervisor & Strategic Buyer to ensure seamless operational workflows and strategic procurement activities. The role demands a highly organized, detail-oriented individual with a strong background in operational processes, purchasing, and supply chain management. Essential duties include, but not limited to: Provide comprehensive support to the Operations Supervisor & Strategic Buyer in managing daily operational activities and strategic procurement tasks. Contribute to optimizing operational processes, focusing on enhancing logistics, supply chain workflows, and procurement efficiencies. Work closely with the Operations Supervisor & Strategic Buyer to support procurement activities, including vendor relationship management, contract negotiation, and the strategic acquisition of goods and materials. Utilize SAP Business One and other relevant systems for efficient operations management, data analysis, and reporting. Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely execution of procurement, shipping, and receiving activities. Monitor and manage accounts payables to maintain financial accuracy and integrity. Implement and uphold quality control standards, ensuring adherence to legal regulations and company policies. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting innovative solutions.   Qualifications: Experience in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an operational role, with a proven track record in purchasing, supply chain management, and process optimization. Proficiency in SAP Business One or similar ERP systems, especially in logistics, supply chain, and procurement modules. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a meticulous attention to detail. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, capable of working effectively under pressure. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across various levels of the organization. Familiarity with supply chain and logistics best practices, including international shipping and customs regulations. Detail oriented professional with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task within a team-oriented environment. Must be able to work under time pressures, set priorities, and meet deadlines. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
