The Warehouse Team is looking for an Inventory Coordinator to…
Manage assigned inventories through daily, weekly, monthly and annual physical counts. Maintains communication with departments/teams, monitors supply usage and removes and disposes of obsolete or outdated products. The Inventory Coordinator conducts periodic inventory counts, adjusts quantities and locations, records and reports discrepancies to management.
Primary Responsibilities
- Ensure personal safety, food safety, and quality protocols are
- Assure inventory accuracy by performing internal cycle counts and adjustments:
- PKG Locations – Daily
- Bulk Ingredients – Weekly
- Packaging – Monthly
- Raw Materials – Monthly
- Finished Goods – Quarterly
- Kit Room Cleanouts – As Scheduled
- Kit Room staging area – As Needed
- Ad-hoc Inventory Assistance – As Needed
- Non-parts Receiving – Daily
- Prepare Product Donations -As Needed
- Resolve, communicate, & escalate any potential challenges
- Ensure adherence to FIFO
- Perform other related duties as

Technical Expertise Required
- Strong problem-solving and analytical
- Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Outlook calendar and email management, written and oral communication skills.
- Experience in WMS systems, preferably JD Edwards and
Education/Training Required
- High School Degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and relevant
- Minimum of 2 years previous experience working in logistics, materials management and
- Experience in a manufacturing or food production environment
Pay Starting at $18.70-$23.49/hr
