Promotions Supervisor

POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible to supervise service activity and transactions in Promotions. Assists Guests during daily, weekly and monthly marketing promotions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Actively supervise Promotion Representatives ensuring superior service delivery to Guests.
• Maintain thorough and accurate information about Casino functions, services, and promotions.
• Maintain staff levels through hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management to ensure consistently high service standards to Guests and department goals and quotas are met.
• Track and monitor guest promotional activity and provide information to Marketing Manager.
• Coordinate and facilitate team meetings to ensure current information is available to team.
• Ensure team compliance with CCCH policies, procedures, and governing agencies regulations.
• Develop and maintain successful partnerships with other departments.
• Inform department supervisors of Guests needs, which may require special accommodations.
• Accurately prepare various reports.
• Inventory, stock, and maintain Player Promotional Kiosks and operating supplies.
• Assist with special events, and other tasks as needed.
• Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS (Indicate if Qualification is Required or Preferred):

1. Education: High School diploma or equivalent, required.

2. Work Experience:

a. Minimum 3 years Casino experience in gaming or marketing, required.

b. Minimum 3 years supervisory experience, required.

3. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

a. Must have excellent communication (verbal, written) skills and be able to respond to and resolve Guest issues and de-escalate tense situations.

b. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Products and database systems.

c. Must exercise mature judgment with the ability to apply common sense reasoning to variety of situations.

d. Must have proficient sales and presentation skills.

e. Must have excellent organizational and planning skills.

f. Must be able to work effectively in fast-paced, high-stress environment.

4. Professional Licenses & Certifications Requirements:

5. Must be at least: 18 years of age.

6. Must be able to demonstrate eligibility to work in the U.S.

7. Must participate and pass pre-employment drug screening and background investigation to obtain and maintain a valid Gaming License.

8. Must be able to communicate and interact with Guests, fellow Team Members, and Management in a professional and courteous manner.

9. Must be available to work all shifts, weekends, and holidays as deemed necessary.

10. Must be able to comply with all Cliff Castle Casino Hotel policies and procedures.
