  • 11-month assignment likely to be extended or converted based on the performance and budget.
  • Hybrid: 2 days onsite.
  • 3-5 years of supply chain management experience
  • Closely collaborate with the Head of the Project Office to set up and continuously develop the new Global CTSU Project Office.
  • Experience in supply chain management, you contribute to maintaining and improving the global CTSU project plan templates in Planisware and act as CTSU Key-user role to ensure correct CTSU detailed project plans for all NBE, NCE, and NTM trials incl. IIS and BI-sponsored trials for commercial products.
  • Expertise in clinical supply chain management, you are responsible for generating and providing reports from several systems to support global CTSU management and medical budgeting.
  • Experience in Project planning, forecasting, cost estimating, project management, generating new reports, Imp planning processes, supply chain management, Training other employees on project planning, and Resource planning.
  • Experience working in a global environment is highly preferred.
  • Previous experience working within clinical trials.
  • Pharma/ GMP experience required.
  • Investigational medicinal products – IMP – Experience preferred.
  • With knowledge in GMP you contribute to daily operations to support project work, trial management, and supply chain activities for Clinical trials supplied by CTSU.
  • Ability to learn multiple computer systems.
  • SAP software-based computer systems experience.
  • MS Office and MS Teams experience.
  • MS Teams Meeting or Virtual Meeting software experience.
  • GMP and GCP Pharmaceutical Industry Regulations knowledge.
  • Systems experience – MS Office/ Planisware (Project management tool BI Uses)/ MS Project is a secondary tool if no Planisware experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree required / Master's degree max
  • 3-5 years working in Pharma Industry

Pay: $45.00 - $53.00 per hour
