Essential Job Functions
- Social Media Management: Develop and manage a social media calendar. Regularly schedule and post content across various social media channels to engage audiences and promote brand visibility.
- Content Creation: Assist in creating compelling content for digital media, including social media posts, website articles, intranet updates, and sales brochures.
- Website Maintenance: Perform minor content updates and edits using backend systems such as WordPress. Ensure website content reflects current marketing strategies and brand messaging.
- Email Marketing Support: Help design and implement email marketing campaigns, including theme development and messaging to enhance customer engagement and brand loyalty.
- Graphic Design: Collaborate on graphic design projects, creating visuals for social media, email marketing, and other branding efforts.
- Video Production: Assist in the creation of video content for use on social media platforms, in email marketing campaigns, and on the company website.
- Event and Trade Show Coordination: Assist with the organization and management of trade shows and sponsorship events to support the sales team and enhance brand exposure.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the distribution and management of marketing inventory, including sales brochures and promotional items, ensuring availability and alignment with marketing goals.
EDUCATION
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
- Proven experience in a marketing related field.
- Proven experience in social media management and digital content creation.
- Strong skills in graphic design.
- Familiarity with WordPress and website content management preferred.
- Experience with video editing software preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with an ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
