Non Profit Agency is seeking individual(s) to provide youth and adults with career planning services. Duties include meeting with individuals and referral sources to discuss career interests, providing resume development , assessing interview techniques, discussing short and long term career goals, and finding solutions to barriers to employment. Other activities include meeting employers, taking individuals to interviews (if needed) and completing monthly progress notes. In addition, staff must help our youth and adults feel more confident and supported as they interact with them. Many of the individuals we serve do not have a lot of family support, so our agency provides resources for individuals to feel more comfortable in making decisions and beginning to develop a career path. Agency is a family-started business and provides a wonderful work environment for our staff. Excellent salary (negotiable) and bonuses and competitive benefits, including health, dental, vision, life, 401K and 4 weeks paid vacation for full-time staff. Position is year-round for full-time, or employee could have summers off if candidate wants to only work part-time (or part-time schedule during school year is also an option for the selected candidate). Our agency is flexible, family oriented and supports our staff as much as we support those we serve.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
