The nCino Technical Architect supports the development and maintenance of the Bank's SalesForce and nCino systems in order to increase user adoption and engagement, improve sales performance, support credit administration functions, enable efficient Bank operations and speed the Bank's digital transformation. The Architect supports the Bank's nCino system, along with other elements of the SalesForce environment, including Financial Services Cloud and Marketing Cloud, along with related systems and interfaces.
Leads or contributes to technical projects across the SalesForce and nCino environment and related systems and infrastructure, including development and delivery of comprehensive configuration, system or solution designs in support of business objectives. Supports the development and maintenance of design documents for all solutions centered on and interfacing with nCino.
Utilizes deep knowledge of Salesforce and nCino architecture and development best practices to create and implement design proposals for high-impact solutions. Considers such factors such as long-term effectiveness, service delivery and cost, practicality, technical limitations, and criticality. Collaborates widely to ensures that SalesForce and nCino solutions are timely, fully functional, cost-effective and meet identified needs and objectives.
Assesses the bank's SalesForce and nCino environment and related systems in order to pro-actively propose solutions to business problems, improve business processes, and extend the strategic capabilities of the Bank.
Builds deep relationships with business stakeholders and serves as a trusted technical advisor in order to solve complex technical challenges.
Collaborates widely with stakeholders to create strategic roadmaps that accelerate and advance the Bank's nCino platform and related systems, by defining architecture, methodologies, frameworks, and tools. Facilitates cross-functional planning and discovery sessions to develop or refine internal needs, technology roadmaps and solution designs. Leads nCino architectural discussions.
In partnership with IT and other SalesForce team members, ensures that all needed data integrations to or from the Bank's SalesForce and nCino systems, including the Bank's Informatica environment, meet business objectives, and are properly documented, engineered, developed and supported.
Ensures adherence to Bank change management and vendor management processes and policies, especially including the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) policy and Information Security policies and procedures.
Deploys broad and deep skills across disciplines by serving as mentor to others, including guiding less experienced developers and administrators with peer code review, solution design consulting, and recommending training and development plans.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain knowledge of business processes and SalesForce and nCino workflows
Efficiently manages shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities, prioritization, and communication.
Maintains up-to date- knowledge of emerging technology trends and identifies opportunities where technology might be deployed to deliver business improvements.
Maintains a current understanding of Bank policies and procedures in compliance with all federal and state laws, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act (SARs, CIP, OFAC), Information Security (GLBA), Identity Theft Red Flags, Financial Elder Abuse Reporting, and any other applicable regulations that may be specific to your job duties.

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED
Within the Salesforce and nCino platform, a deep technical knowledge of Visual Force, Lightning, Apex, Triggers, and other programmatic solutions as well as declarative configurations including Workflows and Process Builder
Outstanding working knowledge of nCino features and capabilities
Outside of Salesforce platform, a deep technical knowledge of CSS, Informatica. SQL/SOQL/SOSL and JavaScript
Functional knowledge of data integration tools and data flow
Experience or knowledge of Salesforce and nCino integrations with a variety of business systems and APIs
Understanding of nCino configuration capabilities and the ability to recommend best practices and identify areas where custom development is required
Expert level understanding of environment management, release management.
