Job Title: VIDEO ADMIN

Location: Bethpage, NY

Duration: 12 month

Shift Timing:  work in 2:00pm –12:30am EST shift (4 Days a week)

Job Description:

Understanding QAM and IP based video networks.
Knowledge of VOD, RSDVR, Switched video, STB/video platform.
Windows / Office
Linux/Unix knowledge.
3 Years of Experience
Monitor, triage, resolve, escalate, document, and communicate video incidents/outages as part of a 24x7x365 support.
