Finance Director

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and policies to support the company's objectives and long-term growth.
• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.
• Develop financial plans and models as needed for business growth, new operating initiatives, performance enhancement, taxes, improving profits, reducing expenditures, and creating new business opportunities.
• Oversee and analyze all cost expenditures related to the manufacturing process.
• Manage cash flow, investment activities, and financial risk to optimize financial performance and mitigate potential risks.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
• Lead the finance team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure team effectiveness and professional development.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including financial institutions, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or similar field is requires.
• Master’s degree in business administration, accounting, or similar discipline strongly desired.
• Certifications of Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), and/or Certified Management Accountant (CMA) is favorable.
• Coursework and seminars in management and supervision of people, and relevant courses in finance.
• Coursework and seminars to maintain currency in the finance field.
• Training in EOS is desired.
