Marketing Operations Manager
Climate Zone, a 3rd generation family company in the heating and cooling business is currently seeking a full-time manager to oversee one of our partnership accounts and manage and build a strong in-store lead generation team.
Requirements and Responsibilities:
- Experience with hiring new employees, training and mentoring
- Ability to establish and build strong relationships with stores assigned
- Provide continuous training for the store associates
- Coordinate set up of in-store events
- Ensure stores are up to date with all promotions
- Celebrate store’s sales
- Attend Partnership Business Performance Reviews
- Keep track of the ScoreCard, VOC (Voice of the Customer) and Sales Reports
- Provide the Lead Generation team with their Lead Performance Report
- Conduct monthly Zoom meeting with the LG Team and celebrate their success
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3yrs in Management (Required)
- Minimum of 3yrs in Customer Service (Required)
- Strong Computer Skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with ESC Software a plus but will train
- Familiarity with Tableau also a plus but will train
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in Sales and Marketing are a plus
- Must be able to multi-task
- A valid driving license and a good driving record required
Salary will be based on experience. Additional bonus incentive.
