Job Description:
- Experience with data structures and schema of both the Athena and Meditech systems.
- Collaborate with IT, data engineering, and clinical teams to gather requirements and ensure data accuracy and completeness during the migration process.
- Create and maintain documentation related to data migration procedures, methodologies, and progress reports.
- Experience with Design and implement efficient ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to transfer data from Athena to Meditech.
- Ensure data quality and integrity throughout the migration process, performing data validation and reconciliation as needed.
- Monitor and troubleshoot any data migration issues, identifying and addressing potential roadblocks proactively.
- Good Understanding of healthcare data standards and compliance (e.g., HL7, HIPAA).
- Develop and execute test cases to validate the migrated data's accuracy and functionality within the Meditech system.
- Collaborate with security and compliance teams to ensure patient data privacy and adherence to regulatory requirements during the migration.
