At Clinical Associates, we make being healthy easier. We connect our patients to a seamless system of integrated medical care, which includes in-house specialists in 8 areas of practice, from cardiology to podiatry.
Our more than 40 physicians, specialists and credentialed health care providers are assisted by 175 trained support staff. We do our best to take care of everything for our patients – records, scheduling appointments, coordinating with providers and specialists, and each of our offices has laboratory centers for tests and blood work on site.
Shift
7.5 - 8.0 Hours Daily
Requires Flexibility to work Monday - Friday between the hours of 7:30am - 5:30pm
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Patient Service Representative (aka PSR) is the first point of contact and provides a professional, supportive, and nurturing experience for patients, visitors and colleagues via telephone and/or in person.
· Identifies and quickly assesses nature of call and acts appropriately to provide prompt patient service.
· Schedules patient appointments.
· Understands the electronic insurance verification system (Real Med) and checks patient eligibility of scheduled patients daily and completes or corrects any eligibility issues before the scheduled appointment.

After 90 days of hire, apply to be in our in-house Medical Assistant program! We train you to become a Certified Medical Assistant and pay you while you're training!
