Clinical Consultants is seeking a part-time administrative assistant / receptionist to join our team for work in a busy substance abuse and mental health counseling facility in our great West Jordan location.
Requirements: An ideal candidate has past experience working at a therapy/counseling center or another medical center as a receptionist or administrative assistant, and a strong passion for helping others.

Job Description and Duties
The applicant should have past experience and be proficient in Excel and Word; easily learns new databases; good accounting skills; good face-to-face client skills is a must; good phone presence and accuracy in work performance. Be able to lift up to 40 lbs (example: box of copy paper).
Work tasks could include: Cover reception/front desk as needed. Receive new referrals and schedule appointments, answering client questions. Enroll new Client's into services. Check clients in, updating demographics or payment information. Place office supply orders, stay in contact with referral sources, answering questions. Oversee urinalysis (UA) testing (observe and test male urine samples, track and report UA attendance, report lab results to team, input into EHR (Electronic health record). Ensure accuracy on electronic medical record notes entered by Therapists. Assist Doctor as needed by data entry Doctors notes into EHR. File paper records as needed. Create monthly reports to send to Client referral sources. Complete weekly data entry of Client payments and mail to Accountant. Process medical record requests. Monitor client funding/vouchers to ensure coverage for services, requesting more as needed. General office cleaning/mild maintenance.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
