Reporting directly to the Chief Medical Officer, this nurse leader will oversee all case management activities for a 215 bed hospital, encompassing inpatient, outpatient, and rehabilitation services.

The RN Director Case Management will have the chance for career advancement, with a reporting line to the Vice President of Case Management for the entire healthcare system. Key responsibilities include leading a skilled team of Case Management Leaders, RNs, Social Workers, and ancillary staff, guiding the organization's Case Management program, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to facilitate care coordination, discharge planning, medical necessity and clinical reviews, and resource utilization assessment.

The role also involves fostering a positive work environment, instilling a commitment to excellence in patient safety, and supporting the team in delivering outstanding case management services throughout patients' stays. The short-term acute care hospital, recognized as a Trauma Center, offers a comprehensive range of medical services, including Oncology Services, Outpatient Surgery, Cardiac and Stroke Care, and Rehabilitation Services.
