The Nurse Director Cath Lab will lead a team across three departments, including the Cardiovascular Lab, Cardiac-Cath Lab, and Electrophysiology. This director will be supported by a Manager and Lead Teach, along with a specialized team of registered nurses and techs. The Nurse Director Cath Lab will be a visible leader with up-to-date clinical skills should they need to step in and support their team. The Nurse Director Cath Lab will also have administrative responsibilities including strategic planning, updating policy procedures, preparing for upcoming accreditation and surveys, managing the budget and supply ordering, along with department staffing, evaluations, and mentoring.

The Nurse Director Cath Lab should be a Registered Nurse RN with a clinical background working in a Cath Lab, along with prior management experience.
