Reporting to the Operating Room Nurse Manager and the Nurse Director Surgical Services, the Assistant RN Nurse Manager Perioperative will play a key role in the progression of the Perioperative Care Department by leading a team of dedicated and experienced Perioperative Registered Nurses and staff.
This reputable Surgery Department specializes in a wide variety of Surgical Procedures, including Orthopedic Surgery, Bariatric Surgery, and more. With over 10 Operating Rooms, the Assistant RN Nurse Manager Perioperative will lead the fast-paced department and oversee the daily clinical and administrative operations.
The Assistant RN Nurse Manager Perioperative will support the Perioperative Care Department by providing direct care, delegating duties, and ensuring that staff is well versed in educational matters. As a leader, this person will make decisions based on their specialized knowledge, enhancing the department’s level of patient care. Furthermore, the Assistant RN Nurse Manager Perioperative will supervise the department and ensure safety procedures are met.
