Receiving system-wide Magnet Designation, the Cardiovascular Program Manager RN will work for a prestigious health system that strives to deliver quality care to patients throughout North Carolina. With multiple hospitals, medical centers, outpatient facilities, and physician practices, this health network offers a full spectrum of services. The Cardiovascular Program Manager RN will work for their large flagship non-profit hospital located in the heart of North Carolina. This state-of-the-art hospital utilizes the most advanced technology and techniques, and is known for their comprehensive pediatric care, trauma center, women’s services, and surgical services department.

The Cardiovascular Program Manager RN will work closely with the Director of Heart and Vascular Services along with both inpatient and outpatient nurse managers across the different cardiovascular units. The Cardiac Program Manager will also be supported by a team of individuals across multiple facilities. The Cardiovascular Program Manager RN will be responsible for implementing program initiatives, QPI activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and preparing for accreditation and surveys.

The Cardiovascular Program Manager RN must be a registered nurse with a clinical background working in cardiovascular services, along with previous leadership experience.
