An exciting opportunity for a Case Management Director position in the Greater Houston metropolitan area just became available!
The Case Management RN Director will join this 250 beds, Magnet designated, nationally recognized medical center that received frequent awards, including earning an “A” safety rating from Leapfrog, as well as being awarded “100 Best Companies to Work For" by FORTUNE magazine nine years in a row. Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, the Case Management RN Director's responsibilities include overseeing administrative duties in the department, maintenance of the budget, recruitment and retention of staff, and mentor new leaders. The Director will also be leading quality improvement projects that focus on population health, and serve as the operations liaison. This person will be supported by two managers, social workers, and case managers.
