This medium sized, For-Profit, Hospital is a great place of work for a Chief Financial Officer. The Chief Financial Officer will have access to cutting edge technology and a tenured staff. This facility offers a variety of services including rehab, home health/hospice, in/outpatient surgical services to obstetrics, intensive care and high tech radiology services, and more.
The Chief Financial Officer will be the head of all fiscal departments. These departments will include administering Hospital policies on finance, accounting, insurance, systems, controls and auditing. The Chief Financial Officer will be supported by separate teams over each fiscal unit. These will include some of the most experienced staff accountants, EMR specialists, Actuaries, and more.
The Chief Financial Officer will run all financial departments fiscally, operationally, and administratively correct to the state, federal, and government standards. The Chief Financial Officer must be able to create an environment that promotes growth of staff and patient experience. The Chief Financial Officer must also be able to maintain high quality relations with governing bodies.
