This Chief Nursing Officer opening is with a 20 patient bed medical center that has been recognized for their excellence in patient care as seen with their Top Community Hospital’s in the State awards, their Top Honor Award in Hospital Quality, and their national recognition by The Chartis Center of Rural Health and the National Organization of State Offices of Rural Health for overall excellence in Outcomes.
This acute-care hospital is equipped with surgical services, 24/7 emergency services, behavioral health services, medical imaging, rehabilitation and physical therapy, and more! In the role of Chief Nursing Officer, this nursing leader will direct all inpatient nursing services. The Hospital CNO will have 5 direct reports, 100 indirect reports, and will report directly to the hospital Chief Executive Officer.

Qualifications of the Hospital Chief Nurse Executive include a valid and unrestricted Registered Nursing (RN) license with a BSN and MSN preferred. Prior experience in the rural health setting in a nursing leadership capacity will make for quick interviews!
