Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, the Clinic Nurse Manager will manage, support, and collaborate with a team of Clinic Nurses, Providers, Physicians, and Clinic Support Staff and be working between two locations only 30 minutes apart from one another. The Clinic Nurse Manager will be responsible for administrative oversight of the clinic including budgets, policies and procedures, and clinic standards. In addition, the Clinic Nurse Manager will assist the Clinic Director with hiring and onboarding new staff and provide mentorship and performance reviews for existing staff.
The Clinic Nurse Manager must be RN licensed in the state of Oregon and have more than 2 years leadership experience.
