There is a wonderful opportunity for a Clinical Nurse Specialist to join a team of Medical Professionals at a highly accredited facility in Northern California. This acute care facility contains 320 beds and about 600 hospital employees showing unlimited quality patient care.
The Clinical Nurse Specialist will work in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit, therefore previous experience in such is highly preferred for consideration at this time. This hospital is known for being part of one of the top medical organizations in the county, and they need highly skilled and dedicated employees to continue on this reputation. An active CA Nursing license is required for consideration as well as 3 years experience in clinical quality.
Some responsibilities of the Clinical Nurse Specialist may include;
- Make recommendation's to change the standard of care within specified unit to enhance quality
- Evaluate effectiveness of care provided
- Meet with quality leaders to ensure staff knowledge of standards, and program implementation
- etc.
This facility is located in Northern California outside of Sacramento where not only is it beautiful, but filled with lots of new activities and excitement.
