The Clinical Pharmacist will collaborate with other pharmacy staff to assist in the development of staff education programs, and analyze performance improvement initiatives.
The Clinical Pharmacist will also ensure that all state and federal regulatory standards are upheld.Qualifications for the ideal Hospital Pharmacist include the completion of a bachelor's degree from an accredited pharmaceutical program and pharmaceuticalinpatient experience is preferred.
