Responsibilities of the Clinical Social Worker LCSW will include assessing a patient's psychosocial needs, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing external resources or referrals as needed. The Clinical Social Worker is also accountable for completing all written reports in a timely fashion, maintaining patient records as required by law and Medical center policy, and continuously cross-collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, case management, and external providers as needed.

This health system is actively interviewing candidates for the Clinical Social Worker LCSW, so the facility requires that the Clinical Social Worker LCSW already holds or is in the process of obtaining their New Jersey LCSW licensure. Additionally, the Clinical Social Worker LCSW will have previous experience working in either an inpatient or outpatient setting. To ensure a smooth transition into this role, the Clinical Social Worker is bilingual with the ability to communicate with patients in English and Spanish.
