An award-winning healthcare organization located in Northern Alabama is seeking a Nurse Manager Critical Care to join its team!

This 170-bed acute care hospital offers advanced medical technology and has been named a Tier 1 Facility. This full-service facility offers a wide variety of specialty services including surgical services OR, emergency services ER, cardiology, women’s services OB, and orthopedics. This organization is fully accredited by the Joint Commission and has been recognized for its outstanding performance in patient safety.

Reporting to the Director of Critical Care, the Nurse Manager Critical Care will provide direct oversight of all operations for the assigned department. The Nurse Manager Critical Care will provide progressive leadership and act as a mentor for all staff. The Nurse Critical Care will work collaboratively with leadership to ensure all patient care needs are met. The Nurse Manager Critical Care is supported by a team of Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, Registered Nurses, and staff.

Requirements include:

  • Current RN license or ability to obtain license upon hire
  • Experience working in hospital case management
  • Ability to lead and communicate effectively
