This reputable Community Hospital has received a five-star Hospital Quality Rating from CMS and has received the Healthgrades Five-Star award for Back Surgery. The Nursing Director ICU will join a fantastic Health System that offers career growth and advancement.
Reporting to the CNO, the Nursing Director ICU will have oversight of the Hospital’s ICU, Med Surg, and Observation Units. The Nursing Director ICU will direct the day-to-day clinical operations of the units including oversight of staff development, hiring, training, scheduling, and new hire onboarding. In addition, the Nursing Director ICU will have oversight of the departmental administrative operations including unit budgets, resource management, and ensuring policies and procedures are up to date and being followed.
