Located on the North Oregon Coast, The Hospital Revenue Cycle Director will be part of an organization that consistently demonstrates a drive for quality, safety, and patient-centered care. This Level IV Trauma and Critical Access Hospital offers a variety of services with a surgical program, full-service lab, advanced radiology technology, integrated behavioral health services and more.
Working collaboratively with Directors, Managers, and Support staff, the Hospital Revenue Cycle Director will review, design, and implement processes surrounding patient access, pricing, billing, collections, and other patient financial analysis. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Hospital Revenue Cycle Director will oversee the Patient Access / Registration Department, Revenue Cycle Operations, and the Collections Office. The Hospital Revenue Cycle Director will be responsible for the designing, planning, implementation and oversight of the enterprise revenue cycle functions. The Director will ensure that the healthcare organization maximizes net patient revenues while maintaining strong regulatory and legal compliance and high levels of customer service.
