An Outstanding Facility is searching for a strong, experienced Emergency Preparedness Coordinator to lead the Emergency measures in a beautify community center in Central California.
The Emergency Preparedness Coordinator will join this Non-profit 120 bed facility that provides services ranging from inpatient, outpatient, and emergency services.
The Emergency Preparedness Coordinator will be in charge or spearheading the creation and reviewing of the Emergency Management Program for the Facility as a whole. This person will be responsible for implementation regular surveys and emergency assessment plans for the community hospital.
It is important for this person to hold great leadership skills, they will direct employees within this facility for improvement in safety, preparedness and risk management. The Coordinator of the Emergency Preparedness program will collaborate with management and administration teams in the hospital to implement the plans to ensure safety measures are being met. The emergency preparedness coordinator will perform an education & training needs assessments. They will develop and maintain policies and procedures that compliment the programs implantation.
