With over 40 beds in the hospital, patient satisfaction scores are of the utmost importance. The Emergency Room Staff Nurse will become part of a hospital that exhibits compassion in the delivery of patient care services and holds a fundamental role in the continuous development and deliverance of educational initiatives.
The Emergency Room Staff Nurse will work closely with other specialty services within the hospital. This Emergency Room Staff Nurse will also coordinate, monitor, and care for assigned patients and family members. This new member of the nursing team will be held to high standards as a leader who demonstrates the hospitals goals and missions and carries out training, educating and patient care to the best of their ability.
