The Health Information Management Manager will join an excellent, 150 bed medical center. This facility is a Level 3 Trauma Center and has been recognized for their achievements in quality and patient safety.
The Health Information Management Manager should have their RHIA or RHIT certification and a Bachelor’s degree or be able to complete it in 2 years. The HIM Manager will provide expert guidance to their team and be able to implement process improvement initiatives. This department ensures accurate hospital coding, reviews physician charting and effectively protects patient health data. The ideal candidate will have experience with clinical documentation improvement and coding.
