The Hospital Controller will report directly to the Chief Financial Officer and will collaborate with the Finance Department consisting of accountants, analysts, and patient service reps. The Hospital Controller will also work with Administration, Revenue Cycle, and other healthcare personnel for the development of reimbursement strategies.
In the role of Hospital Controller, this talented individual will be expected to lead and direct financial undertakings such as financial reporting, forecasting, accounting, payor contract management, control monitoring, and other financial activities. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel coupled with prior experience in cash flow forecasts, year-end audits, and budgetary reports will make for quick interviews!
