The Dialysis RN Manager will report to the Nurse Director, and work with other members of the care delivery team as part of the dialysis unit to identify, implement, and monitor ongoing compliance with QA/PI requirements. The Dialysis RN Manager should possess progressive nursing leadership skills and be customer focused with a collaborative, “can do” attitude.
