The Hospital Director of Case Management will join a nonprofit community hospital that has been compassionately serving its community for over 50 years. The Executive and Leadership team within the hospital has a positive vision for the service of the facility. The Hospital Director of Case Management will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer. The Director will report in weekly meetings with C-Suite executives in order to collaborate in the development of standards and/or protocols ensuring that national specialty standards and research findings drive clinical practice. The Director will also work closely with other department directors and educators in order to serve as a resource and educate case managers in dealing with difficult patient problems.
As Hospital Director of Case Management, this person will take on a large and rewarding role that is responsible and accountable for clinical and financial operations of a Case Management system. The Director will provide hospital wide leadership in the areas of Resource Management, timely movement of patients through a continuum, DRG Financial Analysis, Change Management, Managed Care, Guidelines/Protocols and Systems Improvement.
