A prestigious and reputable Hospital serving the warm and coastal Southern California is actively looking for a new Director of Clinical Diet and Nutrition to oversee their comprehensive nutrition programs.

The Director of Food and Nutrition Services will manage, monitor, and assure that quality nutritional care is provided to all patients, including tray delivery, screening, assessment, reassessment and patient and family education in both the inpatient and outpatient setting for patients from a range of multicultural and educational backgrounds as well as throughout the lifecycle.
The Director of Clinical Diet and Nutrition will supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned personnel using both professional and supervisory discretion and independent judgement. The ideal candidate for Director of Dietary and Nutrition Services should have diabetes population experience with Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree preferred and Registered Dietitian RD license required. ServSafe Certification: Preferred. CDM Certified Dietary Manager preferred.
