The Hospital Director of Emergency Services and Critical Care will report to the Assistant Chief Nursing Officer and will over see Emergency Services, Critical Care and Respiratory Therapy services. The Hospital Director of Emergency Services and Critical Care will be responsible and accountable for the overall operational, clinical alignment, financial and overall performance of Critical Care & Emergency Services, providing strategic direction to meet the needs of the facility and regional market place.
The Hospital Director of Emergency Services and Critical Care will have a Bachelor's of Science in Nursing with a Masters degree required within two years of date of hire. A strong clinical background in critical care and emergency services with 4 years management.
