They will manage a dedicated team of Laboratory Managers and Laboratory Technologists and oversee their hiring, evaluation, staff development, and payroll. The Hospital Director of Laboratory will be responsible for quality measures and ensuring regulatory compliance is met.
The Hospital Laboratory Director should have strong interpersonal skills and be a well-versed leader. The ultimate candidate will have management experience in the acute care setting and hold a Bachelor’s degree in the pertaining field.
