The Hospital Laboratory Supervisor will be part of an organization that consistently demonstrates a drive for quality care and safety. Reporting to the Lab Director, the Supervisor will collaborate with the experienced and knowledgeable Medical Technology team to ensure that the hospital is providing accurate, timely, cost-effective, and efficient testing of all patient specimen samples. This person will also have the opportunity to perform various clinical lab tests to obtain data for future use in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases. Communication is essential in order to refer unresolved issues to the appropriate personnel and in assisting and orienting co-workers and other personnel in the lab policies and procedures.
A qualified candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Clinical/Medical Laboratory of Biological Sciences with more than 5 years of clinical laboratory experience.
