As the Hospital Laboratory Supervisor- Hematology, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operations of the laboratory section. You will be responsible for establishing policies, procedures, and protocols for testing, ensuring analytic accuracy and quality control, and supervising daily staffing assignments.

The ideal Hospital Lab Supervisor candidate will meet the following requirements:

• Prior experience in an acute care setting is required to ensure you can effectively manage the demands of the role.
• A Bachelor's degree and certificate from a school of medical technology or equivalent is required.
• ASCP certification (MT or MLT)
• New York State License
• Previous acute care leadership experience
