The Acute Rehab Unit Nurse Manager will report to the ARU Director and is responsible for the management of clinical nursing practices and patient care delivery, daily operational oversight of the staff, department and efficiencies. While also responsible for the fiscal management, the Manager will assist the oversight of department inventory and regulatory compliance as well. With endless growth opportunities, this organization is looking for a strong, experienced nurse leader to help mentor and guide staff and grow the unit. The Acute Rehab Unit Nurse Manager will serve as a mentor to the team and be supported by a strong tenured team of Charge Nurses, RN’s, and other support staff.
