Responsibilities of the Interim Nurse Manager Critical Care ICU include overseeing day-to-day operations of the hospital’s critical care department, updating policy procedures, ensuring state and regulatory compliance, cross collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, and overall department staffing which includes scheduling, payroll, disciplinary action, and evaluations.
