An exciting opportunity has just opened up for a Nurse Director Long Term Care at a well-respected Community Hospital in North Eastern Montana!

This Community Hospital is known for its patient-first commitment to quality care and has a reputation for treating patients and families with dignity and respect. This hospital offers numerous services to the community and surrounding areas.

Reporting to the CEO, The Nurse Director Long Term Care will oversee daily operations including resident services, quality of care, and staff education and development. The Nurse Director Long Term Care will be responsible for ensuring goal determination for the facility that meets the guidelines and mission of the hospital and will be accountable for monitoring the department budget on a weekly and monthly basis.

The Nurse Director Long Term Care will take pride in having a rockstar team of Tech, CNS, Nurses, and other staff to support the mission of the facility and provide exceptional patient care.

Located in beautiful Eastern Montana, the Nurse Director Long Term Care will enjoy all that scenic Montana has to offer including mountains, forests, parks, hiking, and more.
