A reputable hospital in Eastern Montana is actively seeking an experienced Manager Imaging Services to join their team.
The Manager Imaging Services will join a well-established hospital whose mission is to provide exceptional healthcare to everyone in the community. The hospital offers many services to its patients such as family medicine, pain management, neurosurgery, oncology, and much more. With the hard work and dedication of the remarkable staff, this hospital has expanded and developed into the well-established facility it is today.
The Manager Imaging Services will report to and work alongside the Imaging Director. The Assistant Manager will oversee the imaging staff and ensure all equipment is functioning properly and being used correctly. They will be supported by knowledgeable and engaged Radiologist Technologists and staff, whose priority is patient-centered care and great patient service. This leader will also work under the direction of the Radiation Safety Officer and Medical Physicist to implement the Quality/Safety Control Program department-wide.
This hospitals department offers various diagnostic imaging to its patients such as CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Nuclear medicine, Fluoroscopy, and much more. The Assistant Manager Imaging Services will have the opportunity to oversee the day-to-day operations of the department and handle any complex patient situations. The Manager will also develop and implement departmental projects assigned by the Director and will resolve any radiology issues with radiologists, physicians, and staff. This person will also have the chance to contribute to planning a successful department budget, assuring adequate staffing plans, and conducting new staff orientations.
