Job Posting for Manager of Hospital Facilities at Clinical Management Consultants
Come grow as the Manager of Hospital Facilities with a reputable healthcare organization near the beautiful White Mountain National Forest. Your expertise will not only be heard in your department but will assist with the highest quality of patient care.
This 200 bed hospital has more than 50 specialty areas and is supported by some of the best medical staff on the east coast.
They will have a matrix reporting structure to the C-Suite while managing the day-to-day services in the Maintenance Department. The Manager of Hospital Facilities will work closely with the Maintenance Engineers, BioMed, Security, ER Management, and all other hospital staff to be sure hospital standards and regulatory requirements are being met.
The Manager of Hospital Facilities will collaborate with other Hospital Leadership for the overall support in the organization. This Manager level position is very much a team effort to be sure that it is a safe work environment for employees and patients.
They will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality care of the buildings, grounds, equipment, outdoor life, and other locations. The Manager of Hospital Facilities will be sure that there is consistently undisturbed patient care.
BSNs in mechanical, engineering, structural will open the doors to immediate interviews. A plan for secondary education will also be considered.
