The Imaging Services Manager will be key in the continuance of High Quality Care throughout the Radiology Department. Reporting directly to the Director of Quality and Ancillary Services, the Imaging Services Manager will oversee a group of ARRT-certified Radiology Technicians and Ancillary Staff. They will work closely with other department managers and be supported by the Director of Clinical Services to ensure patient care is met in a timely manner.
This will be a working Manager role so perfect for the leader who likes to be close to their patients. The Imaging Services Manager will share responsibility for evening/night call with the technologists but will receive compensation for Standby and Callback time. They will be responsible for performance evaluations and oversee compliance within the Departments.
