A new and exciting opportunity has just become available at an Award Winning Hospital in Southern New Mexico for a Manager of Women’s Services. This reputable hospital is seeking a working Manager to support in leading their dynamic team.
The Manager will join an established Community Health Center that has been providing top quality care in New Mexico for the last 40 years. This 100 bed healthcare system recently received Joint Commission Accreditation and continues to rank in the top 10% of hospitals in the United States in Women’s Health excellence. This Hospital specializes in Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory, Delivery Land Maternal Care Services, and a full spectrum of Radiology/Imaging Services.
The Manager of the unit will work in collaboration with the tenured Chief Nursing Officer and other healthcare leaders to continuously provide top quality care. This groundbreaking Women’s Services unit continues to be recognized for the highest quality patient care, the Manager of Women’s Services will have clinical oversight of the department ensuring compliance, patient care standards and maintaining staff competencies. Leading a team of talented RN’s, LPN’s and CNA’s, the Manager will create and implement continuous staff education, provide coaching and mentorship to the tight knit unit. This position will provide the opportunity for a leader who appreciates active bedside care and exudes confidence in administrative duties.
An active New Mexico nursing license and leadership experience in labor and delivery or women’s services will surely lead to a quick interview.
