Reporting Structure : The Microbiology Assistant Manager will report to the General Lab Manager.
Job Responsibilities Include but are not Limited to :
- Reviews and develops policies and procedures, preparing and overseeing department quality assurance / improvement and quality control programs.
- Records test results, quality control, remedial action, and may also engage in research.
- Monitors continual compliance with federal, state, and / or local regulatory agencies and accrediting bodies.
